Yes, of course. As an allergy family, we understand how important it is to check every ingredient. We have listed the ingredients in each item under the ‘What IS in the box? Products and Ingredients’ section so you can check them all before purchasing.

Our guidelines are very strict as we understand what it’s like to live with life-threatening food allergies. We send all of our prospective suppliers a detailed questionnaire to complete before we include their products in the box. The questionnaire has over 100 questions so it’s pretty thorough.

We will only accept products that don’t contain the top 10 allergens - eggs, cow’s milk, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, fish, shellfish, wheat, and lupin.
We don’t approve a product if it has any ‘may contain traces of’ these allergens.

Even though we’ve done our due diligence, we still recommend that you follow the golden rule of allergies and check the labels on every product before consuming. We make sure every item in the box has the ingredients listed on the packaging. As you know, you can never be too careful when you have food allergies.

At this stage, majority of the products we stock are gluten free and free from the top 10 food allergens.

We will state if the product is gluten free in the product and ingredients sections of each item.

Many of the products are vegan friendly in addition to being free from the top 10 food allergens.

We will state if the product is suitable for vegans in the product and ingredients sections.

We record the batch numbers of every product that is put in our boxes so if there is ever a product recall, we can trace exactly where the items were sent. If any of the products in your box are recalled, we will contact you as soon as we are advised using the contact details you included in your order.

Yes! We have plans for more box options filled with top 10 allergen free treats and also some new products suitable for the allergy community that aren't food items too.

Unfortunately not at this stage. But trust us, you won’t be disappointed.

A custom 'create your own box’ option may be something we offer in the future. Let us know if you'd like this offering.

Yes. Both the products in the box and the design of the box cater to both children and adults.

As some of the snacks are small, hard and need to be chewed, some items in a box are best suited to children aged 5 up to adults.

Yes. Our boxes are made of material that is considered 100% recyclable and can be sent to any recycling facility to be processed.

We use an Australian company for our packaging. They source materials from leading Australian cardboard manufacturers who are committed to environmentally safe manufacturing processes including sourcing sustainable paper materials. The box can also be repurposed. It is sturdy enough to use as a storage container for safe treats once its contents have been enjoyed.
